Our story began in 1987, when Kol was visiting his family in New York. There, he met his soon-to-be wife, and Kol decided to make the United States his permanent home. He began working as a baker at the famous Madonia Bakery in the Little Italy area of the Bronx.

Subsequently, Kol went on to open a pizzeria a short distance away. Kol and his wife had three sons, Andrew, George, and Albert, whom he taught from young ages.  He enjoyed passing on all the knowledge he acquired in his years of hard work. Kol inspired the boys so much that his eldest son Andrew and youngest son Albert proposed the idea of acquiring ownership of a pizzeria in Congers, New York. Kol wholeheartedly agreed with his sons, and he decided to move forward with their idea.

To this day, the business remains family-owned and -run, with Andrew and Albert at the forefront of the operation. This is what Nicky’s II is built upon: family, respect, and love for the craft!
